Getting Started

You must first log in (to an existing user account) to download MP3 sound files.

Getting Started:

  1. Create an account. This enables you to be able to download the free meditation segments and purchase the more advanced ones.
  2. Listen to all the files that comprise the first class (free).
  3. Practice this first class 3-4 times before going on to the second class.
  4. Listen to the second class (free).
  5. Practice the second class once a day for 3-10 days, until you feel comfortable with the meditative state, before going on.
  6. There are additional notes after the segment listings. Click the link or just scroll down.
  7. If you find yourself struggling with the material, you might want to think about scheduling a reading/healing.

Additional Notes:

  • Meditation Practice Segments are designed to be experienced in order. Consequently, the more advanced segments will be unavailable until after you have gone through the beginning ones.
  • Feel free to pause the playback while you work through the exercises. Everyone moves and sees at a different pace. Take your time. Do not judge yourself by how fast you go through the Meditation Segments.
  • Words and terms are used that may have many meanings or that may not be familiar. The list of definitions will aid in dispelling some of this confusion. If a word or term is unclear in its usage and you would like to see it on the definitions page, please email and describe (as best you are able) wherein your confusion lies. We will work to add it to the page.
  • Please listen to all the files in a particular Meditation Segment (i.e., Opening, then Center Of Head). We've separated them to try to make smaller download files.

Your Journey
You are embarking on an amazing journey into the power of your body. I would like to encourage you to journal (write down, record) on your journey - things like what you see (both about yourself and the world around you) and feel. For some, it is effective to journal. For others, it works best to remain in the non-written experience of the meditation. Next time you move into element flow (running the energies in your body) ask, from the center of your head, which will best support you in your journey of soul emergence.
